Amber Rose only the second lady racer to win BTE S/Pro in the 4 year history of the series did it in style as she took home $5000 in a No Split final against Rustin Mayse from Oklahoma. Rose used a .007 light in the final and ran 5.070 on a 5.05 for the victory and share of the Race Tech Championship Points fund.
 
 
In Jegs Sportsman Monte Mayse from Lane Oklahoma defeated Jeremy Hefler from Kennedale Texas for a $1000 payday. Mayse used a .016 light to Hefler's .051 for the win. Hefler ran 6.352 on a 6.35 but couldn't get there.
 
 
In Race Tech Jr Dragster Clayton Longmire ran 7.952 on a 7.94 for the win over former World Champ Brittny Blakely. In the final Longmire's .013 was a little better than Blakely's .029.
 
 
In Jegs Trophy Tommy Wade took home the 4 foot monster trophy over Sambo Tyra when Tyra turned it red.
 
 
Amber Rose from Levelland Texas drove her Sunset powered dragster to a 5.080 on a 5.08 for the Barker Trailer Sales/Pace American Run For The Trailer win in BTE S/Pro.  Amber missed the light for the nationwide lead with a .1571 light.
 

In Jegs Sportsman, Joe Collier drove his 57 Chevy to the Pace Run For The Trailer win with a 6.275 on a 6.27 with a .068 light.
 

In Race Tech Jr Dragster, Danna McLane ran 7.925 on a 7.92 for the cash and first round bye.

Dennis Cameron Jr from Texas picked up $5000 when he defeated veteran racer Jeremy Hefler from Kennedale Texas.  Hefler went red in the final giving the victory to Cameron.  Hefler driving two cars at this event chose not to claim points in the runner up car before the race. He instead claimed the chevy II for points.
C Longmire and L Fulgham were the semi finalist.
 

In Jegs Sportsman it was Dennis Cameron Sr making it a final family affair when he defeated Debbie Kelly when she cut a close .0018 red.  Cameron drove his roadster to a 5.497 on a 5.51.
 

In Race Tech Jr Dragster Cole Bracey defeated China Hrbacek for the "Happy Gilmore Check" cash and Jegs Trophy.  In the final Bracey had a better light and ran 9.346 on a 9.31 for the win light.
 

In Jegs trophy Billy Williams defeated Mark LaFrance Jr with a 6.714 on a 6.69.

The DRR Goodyear Racing Series in Abilene Texas this weekend is underway with a nice field of race cars on hand.  In the Pace American Barker Trailer Sales Run for The Trailer in S/Pro, Zack Womack in his Sunset Racecraft powered dragster went 4.751 on a 4.75 for the winnners money and first round bye.
 

In Jegs Sportsman, David Sliger from Cross Plains Texas, went 7.502 on 7.50 for the cash and first round bye.
 

In Race Tech Jr Dragster, Trent Womack made it an all Womack affair in Run For The Money running a 7.984 on a 7.97.
 
 
 
Saturday's action was halted because of rain but will be finished at 9am Sunday morning with Sunday's race following.
