When it comes to bracket drag racing consistency is king,but don't tell that to Top ET racer Jimbo Sells and Modified ET's Neel Church! In Saturday night's Big $$$ race and last weeks points race, both drivers came up 1 position short at Wilkesboro Dragway.

Sells met up with former WD Top ET champion Roger Robertson and his bad fast Chevy Nova. Jimbo's classic Barracuda stalled on the line giving Robertson the easy victory.

In the Modified ET portion of the Big $$$ race B J Bell and his Mustang proved to be the best over Church's Grand Am. This was Bell's 1st Big $$$ race win in fifteen years of racing the Big money races.

In the Street division,Wilkesboro Dragway 2015 Race of Champions winner Kevin Halsey and his Doge Stratus put himself in the 2016 RoC by besting the double race entered B J Bell and his Nissan Sentra

This week at NC's oldest dragstrip, Wilkesboro Dragway 3 big nights of action are on tap!

Things get started off Thursday night with the popular Test N Tune night where for only $10 you can watch the pro's or see if you have what it takes to race and take your car down the track! Gates will open at 5:30pm

Friday night gates will open at 5:30pm for testing for the Street Car Challenge racers to test for Saturday night's race.

Saturday gates will open at noon for a huge night of racing action! Along with the Street Car Challenge, the stars and cars of the WD points series will be running a make-up points race. That in itself makes a great night of racing, but along with that the  WSC 4.90 Outlaws will also run a make- up points race.

That makes 5 divisions of racing all in one night!

If you're a drag racing fan, this Saturday is your night!
