Promoters Danny Sons and Chris Barker decided to cancel the event when conditions with mother nature and the racetrack could not be overcome. A complete full cash refund was given to the Citgo racers since no racing was completed and the series will not make anymore stops this season in the midwest area. This event will not have a make up date in 2004.The next Citgo event will be held in two weeks at Bluegrass Raceway Park where $10,000 is up for grabs in S/Pro on Saturday night along with those valuable ATC Championship Points!
