With just over 400 weekend entries this past week in Las Vegas, NV., Tyler Bohannon defeated Greg Brotherton on Friday Night winning the Spring Fling Million in Las Vegas, NV. Cory Costin won the American Dragster Shootout, while Gary Williams, Matt Dadas and Donovan Williams all scored $30k victories during the week.
Cory Costin Wins New American Race Cars Dragster at the Moser Spring Fling Million Presented by RAD

Cory Costin won a brand new American Race Cars dragster with a Riggeal's Performance Fiberglass carbon body on Advanced Product Design Tuesday at the Moser Engineering Spring Fling Million presented by RAD Torque Systems at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
APD Tuesday began with time trials for all drivers on property with eliminations of the 32-Car Shootout happening in the afternoon. Over the last four rounds, Cory Costin from Double Springs, Alabama was a combined .017 on the tree (.008, .004, .001, and .004) and laid down .014 total in the final over Nacho Rivera from Huatabampo, Sonora, Mexico, who was .029 and ran dead-on zero for the runner-up finish.
In the semifinals, Will Holloman and Nacho Rivera were separated by nine-thousandths on the tree with Rivera getting to the stripe first by .017 for the win. On the other side of the ladder, Costin was .001 and backed into Bug McCarty to advance to the final round.
The quarterfinalists included Bug McCarty, James Lee, Will Holloman, David Wright, Cory Costin, Jeff Dobbins II, Dave Meziere, and Nacho Rivera.
On Biondo Racing Products Wednesday, 401 entries will race for the first of three $30,000 big checks and the Fling Team will start rolling out over $60,000 in cash and product giveaways.

Gary Williams picked up $30,000 on Biondo Racing Products Wednesday at the Moser Engineering Spring Fling Million presented by RAD Torque Systems at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
The all-door car final round was decided by the red light of Jayden Lawler from Jacksonville, North Carolina in the Cobalt against Gary Williams from Bradenton, Florida in the ‘02 Sonoma “Ole Red.” It was the second $30K Fling big check for Williams in addition to multiple $15K and shootout wins.
Jayden Lawler had a .009 advantage on the tree over the lone dragster of Gabe Torres in the semifinals, getting to the stripe first by .006 to advance. Gary Williams took a solo trip down the track.
The six remaining racers on the ladder included Jayden Lawler, Scott Taylor, Gabe Torres, Gabriel Hernandez Sr., Colby Fuller, and Gary Williams. Lawler was .013 and .01 above for the win over Taylor, while Williams was .001 and the lesser of the double breakout against the .008 of Fuller. In the last pair, Hernandez turned it just .005 red to Torres.
Scott Taylor from Columbia Falls, Montana was the winner of the Laris Motorsports Insurance Pro Field over Steven Mang from Westminster, Colorado. He picked up a $1,000 bonus and combined into the Super Pro field at the ladder round.
Cascade Truck Body & Trailer Sales Thursday will see eliminations of the second $30,000 purse of the week and the new Mrcool DIY Direct Second Shot Shootout which will take the top 16 best losing packages of the re-entry round to race free for $3,000.

Matt Dadas from Vermilion, OH keeps the door car streak alive on Cascade Truck Body & Trailer Sales $30K Thursday at the Moser Engineering Spring Fling Million presented by RAD Torque Systems! Dadas had a .012 advantage and got to the stripe first by .004 against Jacob Collins from Gilroy, CA in the final round.

Tyler Bohannon and Greg Brotherton were separated by just .001 on the tree with Bohannon getting to the stripe first by .0002 for his first ever Fling win for $350,000 and second career Million Dollar event win.

A car fire, wheels falling off, changing carburetors and a fuel pump, Bohannon attributed the success to everyone helping him out. "These people right here are what makes it special. I wish my mom and dad were here, I was talking to my dad at the ticket booth, and... this is awesome."
Chad Axford and Josh Luedke were the semi finalists.
