Sonoma, CA - In the Super Comp final it was Chad Langdon, La Mirada, Calif., taking home the Wally. Langdon faced off against Matt Constant, Stockton, Calif., and posted a winning run of 8.911 seconds, 172.83 mph. Constant had a great reaction time with a 0.004 light but it was Langdon who pulled away to take the win.

Sonoma, CA - California native Jimmy DeFrank took home the trophy in Super Stock for the NHRA Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series at Sonoma Dragway, in Sonoma, Calif. This win was the second for DeFrank who defeated Jody Lang, Puyallup, Wash.

Andy Spiegal, Action, Calif., won over Val Torres Jr. in the Hughes Performance Top Dragster class running 6.909, 178.42.

Sonoma, CA - San Francisco resident Steve Graham lost in the final of Comp Eliminator to Glen Tredwell of Sorrento, Fla., while Mark Faul, Tacoma, Wash., just missed a double win beating Josh Edwards, Glendale, Ariz., in Super Stock then losing to Rusty Hall of Chandler, Ariz., in the final of Stock Eliminator.
