Brainerd, MN - Gary Stinnett added a win to his impressive resume and Ben Line took home another NHRA Wally trophy for the home state of Minnesota. Stinnett and Ed Shaughnessy both left the line together in the Super Comp final and crossed the finish together with Stinnett, Emporia, Kan., taking the win in a double breakout 8.894 to a 8.889.

Brainerd, MN - Scott Dugdale, Keith Lundberg, Trevor Larson and Bruce Sampson were the other winners from Minnesota as Dugdale, Stacy, Minn., took the trophy in Stock when Dale Findell, Cambridge, Minn., left early with a red light foul start and Lundberg, Isanti, Minn., had a single in the Super Comp final when Jeff Cheney broke in his semifinal round win and was unable to make the call.
